This is our neighborhood
We’re more than just neighbors here —we’re part of something rooted and rare.
With loggers creek, roaming deer and homes built with care, this neighborhood holds stories that stretch across generations.
Many of us grew up here, raised our kids here, or are still living in the homes our families built decades ago.
We already know how special this place is and now, we need to come together to protect it. Not just for ourselves, but for the future of this community we all love.

Building connections strengthens our community and makes Boise a better place to live.
Our mission
The purpose of the Association is to enhance and preserve our neighborhood’s character, traditions, architecture, and appearance by representing it before the local administrative agencies in zoning, traffic, parking, and public safety matters.
Despite overwhelming opposition from community members, Boise City Council approved the rezoning of approximately 5.7 acres from Residential Traditional (R-1C) to Residential Compact (R-2). This up-zoning permits an unlimited density development. The proposed 189-unit multi-story, non-owner occupied complex forever eliminates the opportunity to build 72 single-family homes/duplexes/triplexes/townhouses/etc.
Boise City Council has violated its own code/policies, and we want to reverse this incompatible rezoning to make way for more opportunities to own or rent a house in our neighborhood.

In response, Londoner Neighborhood Association, Inc (LNA) retained legal counsel, with a strong track record of successfully overturning similar Boise City Council decisions, and on May 6, 2025 filed a petition to District Court with a case based on legal precedents.
